When you provide personal information to katybird, we only use the information that we collect with the purpose to fulfill your order. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others without your consent. PayPal, an established third party, handles credit card transactions. PayPal receives the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information to process your order.

Delivery and shipping

Your order will always be processed as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically sent within two business days. Please add an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on your zip for the shipment to be delivered by USPS Priority Mail. If your item is backordered or out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Please note, if you order multiple items and one more of the items is on backorder, your order will not be shipped until it is complete. If you want an order rushed, please contact order@katybird.com. Additional charges may apply.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

Return Policy

We hope you are very pleased with your purchase from katybird. However, if you should need to return or exchange an item you can do so by calling us at 978.376.6147 or emailing us at onlinesales@katybird.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Items must be unused, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
